Spine surgical services are provided by Dr. Thomas Lee. In July of 2010, Dr. Lee created SpineMore, an organization with the mission of achieving advancements for patients with surgical disorders of the spine. SpineMore strives to provide the most reliable, state-of-the-art spine surgical treatments. Current areas of SpineMore’s focus include minimally invasive surgical procedures and reconstructions that preserve motion such as disc replacements and flexible fixation.

Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

Often the starting point for care of your spine is physical medicine and rehabilitation (PMR) provided by Dr. Amy Zippay. Dr. Zippay provides a comprehensive evaluation regarding your spine health as it relates to your overall musculoskeletal system. Dr. Zippay offers treatment for spinal pain and disabling symptoms with a goal of returning you to your work and activities.

Treatment services provided by Dr. Zippay include:

• A comprehensive evaluation to uncover the cause of pain, loss of function and disability.
   
• Physical agents, modalities, pharmaceutical therapy and, most importantly, guided physical therapy and life-long exercise programs.  
   
• Non-operative procedural spine intervention such as lumbar epidural and facet
   
• Injections as well as cervical, thoracic, and lumbar muscular trigger point injections.
   
• Occupational Medicine.
   
• Pain Management screening and referrals.
